Kayaking is something that everyone (minimum age of 12) can enjoy! Our stretch of river is the best for kayaking because the water temperature averages in the 80's, the average depth ranges from 2-4 feet and the water current is gentle. The first half of the river kayak ride is "lazy" and perfect for beginner and professional kayakers, while the second half of the river kayaking trip (after the HOT DOG MAN) includes 7 sets of class I (beginner level) rapids. Visitors can enjoy paddling through fun rapids and enjoy the gorgeous river views while on the Delaware. |

Delaware River Tubing has the most comfortable kayaks for your kayaking trip down the river. Our sit-in single kayaks are from high quality, name brand kayak manufacturers and can hold persons weighing up to 300 pounds.
Tandem kayaks allow two riders to share the same kayak. We have tandem kayaks in both the sit-in style kayak and sit-on-top (ocean) variations for two riders.
Delaware River Tubing further innovates the river kayaking industry by offering sit-on-top/ocean kayaks for use on the river. Ocean kayaks come in single rider and double rider options.

Delaware River Tubing is innovating the tubing / outdoor water sports industry with the Stay Together Strap. Invented in 2010 by us for safety, ease and efficiency. Perfect for groups because our two clip straps allow both tubers to clip and unclip. Imitation Stay Together Straps (single clip straps) and rope are not safe.
